Be loving, helping and polite to your client and always be in touch with them. Always remember there are two motivating factors, one is greed and another is fear. Entire marketing and selling strategies are framed on theses two factors. Work on them successfully.

2. Find out the pain areas by asking couple of questions, and see if you can help them in some way.
3. Do not commit for everything, if in case you are not very sure of resolving issues before consulting your technical team.
