I\'m planning to start new consultancy services which provides cctv operators to MNC companies. I have to design pay slip for my employees. Please help me out on procedure to open Gratuity account, Criteria to be met for Gratuity contribution, If basic salary = 6500, Then is Gratuity mandatory? If basic salary < 6500, Then is Gratuity mandatory? If basic salary > 6500, Then is Gratuity mandatory? Let me know, When Gratuity is mandatory and when Gratuity is optional?

Dear Mr. Govardhan,
If the BAsic and DA is less than Rs.6500/ Gross Salary should taken So Mandatoty,If the Basic and DA More than Rs.6500/ than also mandatory to pay Gratuity,And If the Basic and DA is equal to 6500/ than also mandatory to pay Gratuity.
