People/customers don't buy products and services. They just buy anything from people they like.
That might sound weird but that is true.
I'd suggest you train your salespeople in selling. Selling is not easy. It can be frustrating without taking it up as a subject of study. With proper study and training, your team starts to kick ass.
If the Pareto Principle (that 80% of results come from 20% of effort) applies more aptly to any profession, it is the profession of sales. 20% of salespeople make 80% of the sales in any company, because they have made an orderly study of the sales process and applied a few secrets.
I teach two courses in selling. One is a tactical course named How To Sell More: Secrets that the Top 20% Salesmen Use. This offers do-able tactical solutions that can be applied by your sales team from the very next day to start seeing change in customer attitudes towards them, and over a 12-month period, you will see a 15-20% increase in your sales volume, if these tips are applied by your sales team on a consistent basis.
The second course is a strategic course that covers the entire sales cycle from prospecting to handling objections and closing a sale. In this, I make available scripts that your salespeople can simply read out like actors to their clients and see magical results.
Here's a free article that offers 10 immediate tips on how to win during business meetings, i.e. during sales appointments with clients. Sadly, I can't link to the article as this is my first post on this forum, and we can't post URL's until we have made a minimum of 5 posts or such.
I just updated the list of training programs I offer. You may read the list here: Training Programs I Offer From India, Ghaziabad
