I have newly joined as a operations manager with a newly started IT Training institute at Coimbatore.
Coders Unlimited is a premier skills development training program for students in web development, mobile development. Located in Coimbatore, we specialize in latest web development techniques and placement services. Our courses use the latest coding styles for responsive design using web 2.0 and deploys the most advanced methods of learning. We also provide a limited internship facilities via our internship program for the best of our trainees.
Can anyone please advice me on the tips to promote my organization? This will be really helpful for me.

1) Work on your product (i.e your courses) for working out for USP factor.
2) Get branding done if not done (implement all required appropriate processes if you want to play for long term )
2) Have short presentation highlighting consumer benefits (consumers are students)
3) Study target (Students) market
4) Prepare best quality promotional materials
5) Considering allowable budget have target market specific promotional activities (Have media mix options open - either outdoor near colleges, educational sections in local newspaper, presentations in college, free seminars, association with colleges and other institutes, pamphlet distribution) - Options depends on your institute's capability, territory coverage, market requirement
6) Don't spend on media without proper study and research, but do what is required.
7) Always highlight institute's USP and keep things simple.
