the performance management system for sales teams that i worked on was based on goals.
our goals were broken down in time intervals, and raised slowly when we achieved it on consecutive ocassions.
along with goals have also had training session regularly and that included Experiential training, managerial training and sales traing
all this in combination raised the performance and helped in evaulation of sales team as well
the same approach is being used in my company to train the employee of other companies in the same manner
