Detail Job Description:
Candidate is responsible for developing new customers in the US market (small-medium-large Fortune 500) clients
Lead Generation & Closing deal
Service Offering: IT Staffing Service (fulltime & contract positions), Project outsourcing
Duties & Responsibilities
New client / business development
Understanding of customer needs and interact with the team to fulfill the jobs
Build and maintain relationship with the client for repetitive business.
Interact with the customers for job orders, client meetings, sales meetings etc.
For IT staffing opportunities, interact with internal recruitment team to fill the open positions.
Prepare weekly/monthly/Quarterly management status reports.
Proven track record is selling IT products and services in US market
Excellent communication skills (verbal and writing)
Excellent people management skills
Must be familiar with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) process and various technical skills.
Must be passionate about his/her job and positive attitude toward achieving targets
Well versed with MS Office Tools (PPT, Word, Outlook etc), CRM tools, social media networks
Degree & Certifications
Bachelors Degree (B.E degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering)
