Detail Job Description:

• Candidate is responsible for developing new customers in the US market (small-medium-large Fortune 500) clients

• Lead Generation & Closing deal

• Service Offering: IT Staffing Service (fulltime & contract positions), Project outsourcing

Duties & Responsibilities

• New client / business development

• Understanding of customer needs and interact with the team to fulfill the jobs

• Contract negotiation

• Build and maintain relationship with the client for repetitive business.

• Interact with the customers for job orders, client meetings, sales meetings etc.

• For IT staffing opportunities, interact with internal recruitment team to fill the open positions.

• Prepare weekly/monthly/Quarterly management status reports.

Job Qualification

• Proven track record is selling IT products and services in US market

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and writing)

• Excellent people management skills

• Must be familiar with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) process and various technical skills.

• Must be passionate about his/her job and positive attitude toward achieving targets

• Well versed with MS Office Tools (PPT, Word, Outlook etc), CRM tools, social media networks

Degree & Certifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.E degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering)

• MBA Degree

• Excellent Academic Profile
