Can some one help me with some advice on the following. I run a publishing company and would like some expert advice on these areas.
a) Is there a format that I can use for monitoring the daily sales team performance for a media and publishing company?
b) How do I track a sales person when he is on the field?
c) How do you deal with a person who is not achieving the sales targets continously?
d) Whats the best sales tracking software or CRM that can be used to monitor sales performance and the client database?
e) Is there a format that I can use to monitor the entire sales process of the team members and the performance overall of the company?
