Hello community I'd like to ask if you'd be willing to share your ideas,

I'm tasked to email our clients to set-up a meeting at the next trade conference, which due in three months. At this stage my company wasn't yet committed to attend the conference as it much will depend how maybe pre-meets or clients will be attending so we validate the expenditure to attend this conference. I'd need to ask them to see if will attend and would like to meet, but without making it obvious we haven't yet decided, more to ask them if there attending....

Tricky to draft something I've started with several lines ' I'm hope you'll be attending XXX,... if so could we like to meet...let me know your availability xxx
