o To work out and achieve route/Area wise daily sales target and communicate the same to TL
o Area Development by developing new Shops/Stores/Schools/Institution and increasing the depth of existing channel
o Ethically manage relations with key Store/Shops to benefit business
o Attending to trade ( School/ Book Seller / Dance Classes/ Art & craft Classes/ Piano and Guitar Classes etc) .
o Ensuring meeting of Sales Staff's KPI's
o Increase Shops / Store width by 5 on a weekly basis.
o Zero level complaints by every week end. No pending complaint from consumer or Shop /Store pertaining to product and service.
o Area details in compiled form by Team Leader.
o Gauge the efficacy of promotional inputs and ensure quality merchandising in his area
o Weekly Review report of Sales Staff with corrective action points on improvement areas and performance gauge.
o Incremental number of Shops/Stores and incremental average DPO (drop size per Shop) over preceding week.
o Sales Staff to certify and validated by Team Leader
o Quantative feedback.
