No of customer meet, No of field days, No of areas covered, how many customers responded positively, feedback from the customers, How much sales alloted for you as a target, how much did you reach for the targets, reasons for not achieving the targets.
Price value of the products, volume of the sales. no of members in your team,Target and achievement of previous month, any vacancies in your team.
you can add some of the things, just arrange the above things according to you in a proper way and prepare a format in excel sheet.
